Cancellation Policy

At StoneGrillPro, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

Orders are submitted for processing immediately after confirmation. For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing your cart, shipping details, and payment information carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, orders cannot be modified once placed.

Return Policy

Purchases made through StoneGrillPro that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • A copy of the invoice or order confirmation must be included

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact our support team immediately:

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA)

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days after receiving the returned item
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Shipments sent without authorization or tracking may not be accepted

Important Notes

  • Items sold as bundles must be returned as a complete set
  • Partial returns are not accepted
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
